About Us

The CEPC is a stautory body first set up by act of Parliament in 1813 to manage and maintain parts of the new residential development around Regent's Park and Regent's Street.

Despite our very similar names, The Crown Estate and the Crown Estate Paving Commission are entirely separate and independent statutory bodies, each set up by their own distinct Acts of Parliament. The CEPC is not part of The Crown Estate and is financially independent from it.

The CEPC only handles matters relating to the managment of its roads, pavements or gardens and the services that arise as part of its management responsibilities.
