Crane Licence (including Hoists, Cherry Pickers or Platform Lifts)

Many parts of the estate have narrow access roads and most areas have underground vaults beneath the pavements. Many of the roadways are not suitable for very heavy vehicles because of their age and construction. As a result careful consideration is required before bringing onto site any crane, hoist, platform lift or cherry picker. Advice and permission is required from the Inspector of Pavements and a licence is required.
