The CEPC has introduced revised parking regulations which require any vehicle parking on the estate to display a valid permit at all times, including overnight and at weekends. These new regulations have been introduced in order to alleviate some of the problems residents have reported in finding a space to park near their homes in the evenings and at night.

Over the next month the CEPC will be enforcing the regulations with a light touch to allow everyone to get used to the new regime. We would also welcome your feedback, in particular if you feel that the change has improved the parking situation in your terrace, or just created more problems. We will, of course, be reviewing the effectiveness of the new regulations in response to residents' feedback.
