All parking on the residential estate is controlled by the CEPC’s Traffic Control Team. This team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and aims to ensure that residents have a reasonable opportunity to park their vehicles on their terrace roadway.
Unlike most modern estates, the Regent’s Park estate was built with no allowance for parking cars, so space is now very limited and has to be effectively controlled if everyone is to stand a chance of parking near their property.
The CEPC aims to enforce parking restrictions in a considerate, cooperative and friendly way and will always try to take into account any particular circumstances that may arise on the estate. If residents abuse this aspect of our parking management they effectively deny fellow residents legitimate parking.
Disabled badge holders must display at all times a valid CEPC parking permit.
