Important Points to Remember

A few key rules and regulations

    • No one can park without displaying clearly on the vehicle a valid CEPC parking permit.
    • The maximum time allowed for parking or waiting without a valid permit is 15 minutes.
    • Vehicles parked without authorisation or a permit will receive a warning notice and then, if not removed, a wheel clamp.
    • Vehicles parked on the pavement or double yellow lines will be clamped without receiving a warning.
    • The release fee for a wheel clamp is £75.00.
    • Permit holders do not have allocated parking spaces - having a parking permit does not guarantee you a space to park.
    • Parking permits are only valid in the terrace for which they are issued.
    • If you, your visitors or contractors park without the necessary permit the vehicle will receive a warning notice and may then be clamped if not moved.
    • Parking on the Outer Circle is controlled by Royal Parks. Parking permits issued by the CEPC are not valid in Pay and Display parking bays on the Outer Circle.
