The lessee of each property can apply to the CEPC for a Resident’s Parking Permit for their vehicle. Application forms are available to download, from the CEPC office or you can apply online. Permits are issued at the discretion of the CEPC.
Points to note:
Parking permits are currently issued free of charge, however you must be a resident to apply for a parking permit.
The permit is only valid for your terrace roadway.
Although the majority of properties are permitted only one resident's parking permit, the following properties can have up to a maximum of two:
Brunswick Place (houses only)
Chester Close North
Chester Terrace
Cumberland Terrace (houses only)
Gloucester Gate (houses only)
Hanover Terrace
Kent Terrace
Park Square East and West
St Katherine’s Precinct
You can chose to have up to six car registration numbers on your parking permit allowing any of the cars listed to use that one permit, however permits are not transferable to vehicles whose registration is not printed on the permit.
Parking permits must be prominently displayed in your vehicle in a way that allows all parts of the permit to be easily read from outside the vehicle. If the details on your permit cannot be read you are parking illegally.
Permits are not issued for properties which front onto a road maintained by Westminster or Camden, e.g. Albany Street, Park Road.
Permits must be returned when you change your vehicle or when you move away from the estate.
There is an administration fee of £10.00 for re-issue on losing a permit or for a change of car details.
