Park Square and Park Crescent Gardens

Information about our largest gardens - events, keys and subscriptions.

Park Square and Park Crescent Gardens are two of the grandest communal gardens at Regent's Park, while Park Square is also one of the largest garden squares in London. Residents of Park Square and Park Crescent normally have an automatic right to receive a garden key without further payment. Others can buy a subscription to these gardens provided they live either in the CEPC's areas around Regent's Park or within the St Marylebone parish boundary.

Those living in the CEPC areas of Regent's Park pay a reduced annual subscription fee of £85.00.

Those who do not live on the estate but who are residents of the St Marylebone parish pay a full annual subscription fee of £198.00.

All annual subscriptions run from 1st May each year.

You can apply for a subscription online here or by downloading a form and then taking or sending it to the CEPC office.

Park Square Gardens facilities include:

  • children’s play area with swings and a sand pit
  • limited supply of garden chairs
  • toilet facilities
  • grass tennis courts (usually from June – September).

If you would like more information about garden subscriptions or would like to apply in person please call in at our office or phone us on 020 7935 8049.

All users of Park Square and Crescent Gardens need to purchase an Electronic Key Fob costing £30.00.

One additional Fob can be bought for another member of the family living at the same address, although they are otherwise not transferable. A refund of 50% of the purchase price will be made if you return a working fob to the CEPC.

The move to Electronic Key Fobs resulted from the shortfall in income created by some residents not renewing their garden subscriptions, although still making use of the gardens. For those paying an annual garden subscription, your Fob only remains activated if you renew your subscription before the end of May each year.

Some garden users find the fobs a bit tricky to use at first. The key to success is:

  • hold the Fob about one foot away from the lock
  • press and hold down the blue button on the fob
  • wait until you hear a bleep and a click
  • keep turning the lock until the bolt opens
  • push open the gate
  • finally, you need your fob to get in and out, so don’t lose it in the garden.
