The CEPC deploys a Traffic and Security Patrol to monitor all areas of the estate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Their role is to:

1. Control parking, monitor parking permits, issue warning notices and clamp vehicles.
2. Provide a security watch on all parts of the estate and to report incidents to the Police and the CEPC.
3. Open and close the access gates to the Regent’s Park roadways.
