As Linda Lennon’s term as Interim Director draws to a close, the Crown Estate Paving Commissioners are pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Packard as the new permanent Director of the CEPC.
Nick has been the Trust Manager of the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust for the past five years, having spent the previous five as their Estate Manger. He is a chartered surveyor and brings a wealth of relevant experience and expertise to the CEPC from his time there managing the maintenance of the Trust’s private roads and communal open spaces, as well as serving as Company Secretary, maintaining the integrity of the Trust’s finances and successfully leading the team and organisation as a whole. Nick will be joining the CEPC in the New Year when Linda will hand over responsibility to him.
Commissioners would like to take this opportunity to thank Linda for the sterling work she has done over the past eighteen months. She has brought her broad knowledge, skills and experience to bear on the organisation, developed the team and the processes we follow, while allowing Commissioners time to consider what the optimum profile for a permanent Director should be as we move forward into the future and to successfully recruit to this standard. We are grateful to her for the time she has spent with us and for what she has achieved during her tenure.
Please join us in welcoming Nick to the CEPC and in wishing both him and Linda every success for the future.
