The CEPC wants you to enjoy your terrace garden to the full and we welcome your suggestions for its maintenance and planting. If your particular garden has gates then you will need to get a resident’s key which can be issued from our office for a small fee.
Communal gardens do not often lend themselves to many of the more boisterous activities that it might be reasonable to expect in the privacy of a private garden. The CEPC’s Garden Regulations are designed to ensure that everybody has a quiet enjoyment of their terrace garden and that the trees, grass and flower borders are protected from unnecessary damage.
Please view a copy of the relevant garden regulations to get the full details but please note that ball games, noisy parties, radios and bicycles are, among other things, not permitted in the gardens.
The CEPC rarely permits individual residents to hold social events with more than a handful of people in the terrace gardens, although small family gatherings are, of course, welcomed. If you do wish to have an event in your terrace garden please call the CEPC office 020 7935 8049.
