Under what circumstances will a vehicle receive a warning?
Vehicles parked on the estate without a valid permit will receive a warning notice
Under what circumstances will a vehicle be clamped?
- If the vehicle is not moved within a reasonable period or if it is found to be parked on a second occasion (within a 9 month period) without a valid permit, it will be immobilised with a wheel clamp.
- Vehicles parking with one or more wheels on the curbs or pavements or on double yellow lines will be clamped immediately without any warning.
When will a clamped vehicle be released?
Vehicle clamps can only be released after payment of a release fee. The release fee is £100.00 and can be paid in cash or credit/debit card.
How do I get my vehicle released?
- You can arrange to be released during normal weekday office hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm at the CEPC offices.
