CEPC parking regulation is in force at all times – 24hrs per day 365 days a year. All vehicles must display a valid permit at all times.

Pay and Display parking bays are available on the Outer Circle for non-commercial vehicles. This parking is free between 18:30 and midnight. Parking is not permitted between midnight and 09:00 the following morning. CEPC permits are not valid in Pay and Display parking bays.

Yellow 2 Hour Short Stay Permits

Yellow 2 Hour Short Stay Permits are available from the CEPC office in books of 10 permits. They are valid for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of completion. All the appropriate details must be completed on each yellow permit issued by a resident. Instructions and conditions are set out on the back of the permit. Permits showing evidence of having had their details altered will be invalid and the vehicle will be parking illegally.

Yellow Short Stay Permits cannot be used sequentially during the day to cover periods of longer than 2 hours.

Yellow Visitors Permits are also valid for short stay use by contractors.

Blue 5 Hour Visitor Permits

Blue Five Hour Visitor Permits are available from the CEPC office in books of 10 permits. They are valid for a maximum of five hours from the time of completion. All the appropriate details must be completed on each blue permit issued by a resident. Instructions and conditions are set out on the back of the permit. Permits showing evidence of having had their details altered will be invalid and the vehicle will be parking illegally.

Blue Visitors Permits cannot be used sequentially during the day to cover periods of longer than 5 hours. However, between 22:30 and 08:30 the following morning residents can issue two permits to cover an overnight period of up to 10 hours.

Blue Visitors Permits are not valid for use by contractors.

Temporary Permits

Temporary permits are available in exceptional circumstances for a period of up to a maximum of three months. Each application will be considered on its own merits. These permits will only be issued if there is sufficient space available on the relevant terrace and may be withdrawn if parking conditions change.

The charge for a temporary permit is £36.00.
