As I expect you may be aware, Frieze Art Fair is taking place between Wednesday 15 and Sunday 19 October 2025.
During this period, there is usually an influx of traffic and unauthorised parking in Park Square West and Brunswick Place, particularly on the first two days. As such, we will close these roads to general traffic. Access will only be granted to residents, residents’ guests and contractors for properties within the closure between 09:00hrs and 21:00hrs. The entry gates at Park Square West will remain closed preventing access during the first two days. Both Brunswick Place and Park Square West will have additional CEPC staff at the closures to ensure access for residents is facilitated. Normal access will resume after 21:00hrs each day of the closures.
The Brunswick Place closure will remain in place for the duration of the event with the chain adjacent to Park Square Mews being lowered to assist with resident access. The closure of Park Square West will be re-assessed on Friday 17 October 2025.
