Refuse & Recycling

Local Authorities handle refuse collection for all properties on the estate. City of Westminster provides the collection service to domestic residents on the west side of the estate and London Borough of Camden to those on the east.

Businesses on the estate are required to make arrangements with either their Local Authority or a contractor of their choice.

Each Local Authority will advise residents on the preferred method for their terrace.

If you are in any doubt about what can go into your bin for safe disposal – please contact your relevant Local Authority. Please note bulky items may not be left on the Commission’s managed areas without the prior written approval of the Commission. In most cases, we can arrange for a wait and load licence where bulky waste is to be collected. Please contact us for further details.
