Parking
Relevant areas of parking on the estate are controlled by the Commission’s Traffic & Security team. The team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and aims to ensure that valid permit holders have a reasonable opportunity to park their vehicles on their terrace roadway.
Please note that we do not control parking on the Outer Circle or other non-Commission-managed roadways.

You can add up to six car registration numbers on an individual parking permit. Only one of the six vehicles added can use the permit at a time. Please note permits are not transferable to vehicles whose registration is not printed on the permit.
Parking permits must be prominently displayed in your vehicle in a way that allows all parts of the permit to be easily read from outside the vehicle. If the details on your permit cannot be read, this is a breach of the Parking Regulations and the penalties therein may be applied.
Permits are not usually issued for properties which front onto roadways maintained by City of Westminster or Camden and where the Commission does not manage parking on the roadway, e.g. Albany Street or Park Road.
Permits must be returned when you change your vehicle or when you move away from the Estate.
There is an administration fee for re-issuing a lost permit or for a change of vehicle details.
Parking permits are renewed on an annual basis (in May) free of charge. Any changes to the permit within the year will incur an administration fee. Please note you must be a relevant ratepaying resident to apply for a parking permit and any debts due to the Commission will usually need to be cleared before we will issue any permits.
The permit is only valid for your relevant terrace roadway.
Although the majority of properties are permitted one resident parking permit, properties at the following terraces may have a maximum of two:
- Brunswick Place (houses only)
- Chester Close North
- Chester Terrace
