Garden Regulations

There are specific Garden Regulations for the different groups of CEPC gardens. Please note that the CEPC considers that gatherings of over 10 people within the gardens constitute an event.

Events require the prior written consent from the CEPC as per the relevant Regulations. Details of how to arrange an event are on the Events page. Please download the relevant set of regulations from the list below.

Garden Service Standards

The CEPC has published its Garden Maintenance Service Standards on this website.

These standards are designed for residents to use as a reference point when assessing the quality of the CEPC’s garden services.
