Rates

The Commission sets and collects three types of rates for relevant domestic and business residents on the estate. These rates fund the following services:
paving rates
  • Maintenance of the terrace roadways and footways including lighting and cleansing
  • Enforcement of the Parking Regulations
Garden rates
  • Maintenance of the relevant private communal garden
Painting Rates (historically known as Colouring Rates)
  • Quinquennial painting of the communal parts within the terraces
