Regent’s Park Terrace Gardens
The Commission manages a number of private ornamental gardens around Regent’s Park.
We hope you will enjoy your terrace garden and make the most of this shared green space. The Commission welcomes feedback on our work in the gardens, please contact us if you have any queries.
If your garden has a gate, you will need a residents’ key to access it. These can be issued from our office for fee.
Terrace gardens are communal and designed to be peaceful places for relevant residents to enjoy. To maintain their character and protect the trees, lawns, and flowerbeds, all use of the gardens are subject to the CEPC Garden Regulations.
Please be mindful that:
- Ball games, radios, bicycles, and noisy gatherings are not permitted in the gardens.
- The gardens are not suited to activities that may be more appropriate in private, enclosed spaces.
- While small family gatherings are welcome, social events with more than 10 attendees require prior approval from the Commission.

If you are considering hosting an event in the garden, you will need a licence, please see our events page for more details.
