Garden Subscriptions

Park Square and Park Crescent Gardens are two of the grandest gardens at Regent’s Park, they are also two of the larger private communal gardens in London.

Resident ratepayers of Park Square and Park Crescent normally have an automatic right to receive a garden key on application to the CEPC’s office which can be done here.

Others can apply for a subscription to access these gardens for a fee. These are available to residents of the Commission’s Regent’s Park Estate and a limited number of residents in the Parish of St Marylebone.

CEPC Estate Subscribers

Residents on the CEPC’s estate at Regent’s Park are eligible to make an application for a garden subscription. There are two levels of subscription available: Standard Subscriptions and Off-peak Subscriptions. Those taking up Off-peak Subscriptions do not have access after 6.00pm or at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

You can apply for both types of subscription by emailing info@cepc.org.uk to check your eligibility, where you will be sent an application form. All users of the gardens also need to purchase an Electronic Key Fob.

St Marylebone Parish Residents

Residents in the St Marylebone Parish are eligible to make an application for a garden subscription, although there is currently a waiting list for new subscription places. You will need to show proof of your address. There are two levels of subscription available: Standard Subscriptions and Off-peak Subscriptions. Those taking up Off-peak Subscriptions do not have access after 6.00pm or at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Parish residents can apply for both types of subscription by emailing info@cepc.org.uk to check your eligibility, where you will be sent an application form. You will also need to purchase an Electronic Key Fob.

Parish subscribers should note that although subscription renewals will be sent out to those who were paid-up subscribers in the previous year, your invoice should be paid promptly if you are not to lose your subscription place. If you allow your subscription place to lapse, you cannot renew automatically but will have the option of being placed on the waiting list.
