Coronavirus (COVID-19) update – Friday 27 March 2020
Following government advice around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Crown Estate Paving Commission has made arrangements to protect the wellbeing of staff, Commissioners, contractors and residents, while continuing to provide its critical operations to residents.
The CEPC office is now closed to public access until further notice.
CEPC administrative staff are working from home, and have remote access to the majority of our systems. We are therefore able to respond to enquiries via phone and email during normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
We continue to provide access to our communal gardens, along with providing vital monitoring and maintenance of the CEPC roads, pavements and lighting. We are focusing our activities on essential work on the CEPC’s estate and constantly reviewing the unfolding government advice and requirements.
Arrangements will be made for Board and other committee meetings to be conducted remotely.
We currently have some issues with our group e mail communication system, and have limited staff on site to deliver notices. In the interim, the CEPC website will be kept up to date.
