Dear Resident/Ratepayer
Following a recent inspection, our lighting contractor is looking to repair the lamp column located on the traffic island on the Outer Circle by Park Square West. The works are scheduled to take place early Saturday 17 January 2026 however; we are still waiting for this to be confirmed.
The repair is expected to take no longer than four hours however, to ensure the works can be carried out safely, a temporary traffic diversion will be in place. During this time Park Square West gates will be closed, and traffic will be diverted from the Outer Circle as follows:
• Left onto Park Square West
• Right onto Ulster Place
• Right onto Brunswick Place
• Left onto York Terrace East
• Exiting onto York Gate
Please note that the chain at Brunswick Place will be temporarily removed to facilitate this diversion. A map highlighting the diversion route is attached for your reference.
