Dear Resident/Ratepayer,
As highlighted in our email sent yesterday, on Tuesday 24th February 2026 and Wednesday 25th February 2026 resurfacing works will be taking place on the Outer Circle roadway near Chester Gate.
To allow this work to take place safely, the end of Chester Gate will be closed and there will be no vehicular access onto the Outer Circle via Chester Gate. Pedestrian access will not be affected.
Cambridge Terrace Mews Access
Residents/Ratepayers who require access to Cambridge Terrace Mews must enter and exit through the drop bollard in Chester Close South.
Chester Terrace Access
Residents/Ratepayers who require drop off or pick up along the front of Chester Terrace must exit through the drop bollard in Chester Close South.
To access the drop bollard in Chester Close South please use Chester Terrace Mews entry and exit from Albany Street.
