Dear Resident/Ratepayer,
As highlighted in our email sent earlier, Outer Circle roadway resurfacing works are due to take place on Tuesday 24 February 2026 and Wednesday 25February 2026 near Kent Passage, Chester Gate and Monkey Gate. Please note the works are subject to weather conditions and may need to be cancelled/elongated/moved to later dates.
In order to carry out these works safely, parts of the Outer Circle roadway will be temporarily closed across these two days. Access to Hanover Terrace & Mews and Cambridge Terrace will be restricted at certain times while FM Conway carry out resurfacing works near the crossings at Kent Passage and Chester Gate.
Where possible, marshals will be on site to assist vehicles entering Hanover Terrace and exiting Cambridge Terrace however, please note that access to Hanover Terrace & Mews and exit from Cambridge Terrace can not be guaranteed during the works. Exit from Hanover Terrace will remain unaffected. Entry to Cambridge Terrace will remain unaffected. Access for pedestrians will be maintained, and every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum. Please plan vehicular use accordingly. We hope to have some permits from The Royal Parks for affected residents to allow parking on the Outer Circle during the works, please contact us if you would like such a permit.
