West Lodge Park Square West

We write to advise the Commission’s contractor is due to start refurbishment works to the West Lodge, Park Square West on Monday 21 July 2025.  Works are due to take 12 weeks, ending mid October 2025.

West Lodge is the small building in Park Square garden on the corner of Park Square West and Marylebone Road.

The contractor will have a compound within the Commission’s yard area (rather than on the road at Park Square West) and there will be no impact on resident parking in Park Square West.  Whilst there will be some more vehicular movements in and out of the yard area, we do not anticipate there will be any other material impact on residents of Park Square West. We also anticipate the works will take place during a period some residents may be away.
