Chester Terrace Garden Closure

We have agreed the Chester Terrace garden will remain closed for all access effective immediately for the wall/foundations and balustrade project. The garden will be reopened once the project has been completed.  Whilst the final programme could be subject to change, we anticipate the garden will be closed for in the region of 12 months.

Please note the closure is for safety reasons and neither the Commission nor contractor can accept any liability for any damage to person or property within the garden during the period of closure, to the fullest extent possible in law.  Please ensure there is no access attempted by occupiers and/or third parties associated with your property, until the gardens are re-opened.
