Kent Passage Closed – 3rd March 2026

Dear Resident/Ratepayer

On Tuesday 3 March 2026, Kent Passage will be closed for one day to facilitate footway resurfacing along Kent Passage closest to the Outer Circle. During this time, all pedestrians to or from Park Road must use Hanover Gate as an alternative route.  Pedestrian access will remain available to all properties.

Please note this work is to replace previous surfacing that was damaged by activity before it had set.  It is a product that takes some time to set and is damaged if used too early.  As such barriers will be in place and we will aim to have a marshal on site to help ensure there is no damage.
